From a state perspective, why would you even allow cops to have unions? They should be doing what you want. Like any military commander who demands something from the government is usually immediately shot. Are western governments just idiots? Allow the people with guns to revolt against you but not the hungry factory worker lol.

cops are bozos. they work shifts and sleep in homes, not barracks. a revolutionary provisional government would cut off their pay and post their home addresses online. they would be dragged squealing from their little hidey holes and beaten to death in the streets. any dumb enough to congregate in a precinct would get seiged in, electricity and water shut off.

At least that's my understanding. If they actually said they were going to lift a finger against anyone with power there would immediately be a purge and reorganization of the police.
