In their wildest fantasies, they are bringing back a 50 year old ruling that isn't even solid law, that could use all kinds of updates and clarification?
I dont believe anyone would be able to pull it off, but I always considered this to be an opportunity to make it a real law that is a lot stronger, and more modern.
Then I think about the fact that if libraries didn't exist, it would be an insurmountable task to get the government to go for the idea of them now.
