Does anyone know where I can contact this politician?

I'd like to pick his brain about certain topics.

And yeah, even in my state, you have Marxists and people quoting Stalin running in local and municipal elections as well as state elections.

National elections don't matter, but local elections are where things actually happen, imho, and where things are more interesting and less staid.

Hope this dude has body armor, an armed guard, security cameras, and large vicious dogs. Too bad he has that Aztlan flag in his classroom tho.

Oh yeah, I agree about the silly Aztlan flag, but many Chicano/a don't have a solid concept of Aztlan and just wave it around sometimes not knowing what it stands for or why it's problematic.

I take it that he's just using it here to be "radical" and nothing more.

Isn't the point of Aztlan to highlight the Indigenous aspect of Mexican identity?

For many, it was the "reclamation" of the land taken by the United States during the Mexican War for Chicano/a identity.

They say that dumb shit and then couldn't tell you a thing about the indigenous people they claim to have strong ties to. Fucking hate pretendians and US latinos are full of them. Nobody ever really seems to call them out for it and just go along with "every brown Mexican is indigenous" nonsense.
