As a quick rule of thumb: can you stop what you're doing and if you did, would they still try to hurt you? Having the wrong skin color or being alive in Gaza aren't really things you can stop. Killing a bunch of innocents or putting on a police uniform are things you don't have to be doing. It's much less of a prejudice.
