    Hakim's tweet was a comment on how the palestinian struggle is interlinked with islamic faith and Yugopnik's is a obvious joke. I am very ignorant about MMT, so probably JT was being cringe and I assumed otherwise because the other 2 weren't as bad as portrayed.

      Yugopnik was joking even though he quotes him very frequently and does so often? Hakim was ignoring the material reality of the way that Islam is viewed. Islam, on its own doesn’t matter in regards to this, it’s relevant only in the ways that it’s adherents alter their behavior due to it. He is acting like it was Islam on its own which is perposturous. Islam is idealist and resistance movements have existed in countries without it
