tankies defending dictators/terrorist remind me of people defending fictious villains even if they don't have a point

Way too often, it's the same kind of rhetoric with the tankies justifying the dictator actions or defending them. I'd do a parallel between...

"Adventure being chaotic doesn't justify banning it or taking over the world and [bradford buzzard from ducktales 2017] has this big problem that he doesn't get adventuring, so it make his point bad and he's shown to not be a reliable narrator too (like putin who lie A LOT and is not reliable on his deals)"
