      I so distinctly remember being told in highschool, about Soviets doctoring photos where red army soldiers had been wearing two watches

            yeah like, the reason there's such a big trade in Nazi memorbilia is because US troops love to loot. Like sexual violence, it's a practice that's inevitable in war unless strict penalties are instated for it.

        I remember hearing someone say the additional watches were compasses or something similar for artillery, but its been too long for me to remember anything about where I heard it.
