I'm going to wait and see. The majority report had a lawyer on who did the case for the Serbian genocide and he was optimistic, so I'm willing to suspend disbelief and say they'll rule against Israel.

The ICJ has ruled against the U.S. in the past, so the correct decision here isn't totally out of the question.
