My cousin and I grinded Gears 2 Horde mode for like 30 hours in a weekend so we could unlock the golden Retro Lancer skin during the build up to the release of Gears 3. God that was so fun. I loved Gears 3 multi.
One of my friends bought the PC port of Gears 1 just to unlock one of the Chrome starter weapon skins to complete the set. Can't remember where the other ones came from.
