    It would be one thing if he used that money to permanently solve problems. Let's take climate change: he's the EV guy so he could use some of his wealth to build a ton of solar and wind farms or at the very least keep his brand image in 2014 until now. He could have been hailed as a hero and had a ton of statues built in his honor, even if its for a selfish reason like both the glory and to "prove the left wrong" that the private sector can in fact be trusted to do the right thing.

    But no, he cares more about looking cool so any principles he had he has betrayed for the sake of blind conformity. Look at his recent efforts of him defending the oil industry, like....way to undersell your own EV company, I'll just stick to my Honda Civic TYVM. Did he get MK ultra'd or something?
