ha, yeah I am way too reserved in most situations. My advice is, find an outlet. Damns only function well when some of the water is allowed to flow. Work at your outlet, and the flow can be put to productive use.
I've been scribbling in collage notebooks... doodling is probably the better word, but scribbling is how it feels sometimes...
