Ok so like Krillin doesn't even make it to Z, then at the start of Z Goku gets killed by Piccolo, then Piccolo and everyone else gets killed by Nappa, and then probably so does all life on Earth because why would Vegeta bother getting his hands dirty, the end. That'd be a hell of an ending to that story
At least it would have had an ending though, instead of turning into the shambling corpse that all shonen manga eventually becomes
Instead of having Goku go to the afterlife to meet King Kai, maybe he barely survives and takes Raditz's space pod to King Kai's planet. Goku is still late arriving to that fight with the Kaioken/Spirit Bomb, and as a result Yamcha bites it, and everyone else is down for the count until Yajirobe shows up with senzu beans.
Frieza saga needs a total rewrite from the ground up though.
I'm imagining a version where the dragon balls aren't real and nobody gets wished back to life.
