minus-squareFloridaBoi [he/him]hexbear11·2 months agoNot exactly the fault of consumers. All the shit we wear is toxically made and toxically disposed of. The recommendation I read was to not use dry detergent with synthetic fibers since it is more abrasive and more gets into the water. link

Not exactly the fault of consumers. All the shit we wear is toxically made and toxically disposed of. The recommendation I read was to not use dry detergent with synthetic fibers since it is more abrasive and more gets into the water.
I'm slowly trying to convert my wardrobe to all cotton stuff. Unfortunately there's really no substitute for elastic.
