        i don't think the Israeli blockade & Hamas' government would allow such an arrangement. the only thing i'm getting with israeli landlords wrt Gaza are allegations israeli landlords wanted hostages to keep up rent, lmao

            according to the norwegian refugee council that actually was defaulted to state ownership, but folks took em up in the courts for portions of it. unclear how that turned out
