      One of these sections, H.R. 2864, or the Countering CCP Drones Act, was added to the bill and can be found under Section 1722. For those who are just hearing about this for the first time, it would remove DJI’s ability to get approval from the FCC, banning any future drones from being imported and possibly grounding current drones.

        Isn’t this another instance of “You’re not allowed to make laws specifically targeting one company” like why TikTok is probably gonna win their court case? Or are they relying on the Supreme Court deciding that’s fine with the TikTok one?

            Yes exactly. Laws exist to serve capital, they’re not going to make an anti-business decision like that. That’s why the constitution says you can’t write a law targeting one company. Because laws exist to serve capital. I will genuinely be shocked if TikTok loses their case

        I'm guessing they have some kind of provision blocking Chinese owned companies in general, but it'd be funny as fuck if they just reincorporated as a new, near identical company and kept on.
