Ok I think I missed the moment when Project 2025 became a concrete thing. I always heard it referenced to as just like “we’re going to have a conservative supermajority and just do conservative shit.” Is there like an actual manifesto or something somewhere? Like a set of “we will do xyz in 2025”?

Not really. Theres a strategy document which is summarized by, "reclassify as many government workers as political appointees and fire any who resist".
