So after doing a bit of searching I found this article: https://www.uclahealth.org/news/article/3-ways-increase-estrogen-naturally

This seems like a bit more of a realistic plan for designing foods/drinks that help boost estrogen levels. Not a substitute for HRT by any means, but rather something that could supplement/enhance it that is also relatively safe to consume regularly.

Had to look it up but there is an oral version used to treat breast cancer, there's some differences but science has gotten close enough without even trying so it's probably doable.

I don't think you're picking up what I'm putting down. Science guys have figured out oral e, without being motivated by trans people to do so as far as I'm aware it was for breast cancer, so, probably if the effort was put forth an workable oral version would be doable. Not saying it currently exists, saying it probably wouldn't be that great a pharmaceutical challenge

Injections. I haven't really done research on it myself, but others told me injections are best and also where to get it, so that's what I've been doing so far. I probably should do more research on this.

So what you're saying is, instead of spiking our energy drinks with oral E, we need to spike our injectable E with energy drinks. I like the way you think! thonk-trans

Edit: DISCLAIMER: Do not, under any circumstances, actually try to do this! E needs to go into either adipose tissue or into a muscle, and energy drinks probably aren't even safe if taken intravenously (and with the carbonation removed).
