I don't smoke so I couldn't be much help on such a question, best I'd suggest is that when you're trying to cut back you aught find a healthy, productive, or enjoyably distracting to do whenever you feel the urge to vape and slowly work on making it a habit that replaces vaping
Yeah I usually use these critters because I can bite the end and hold them in my teeth like a pipe and sorts larp around the house like I'm a crusty old revolutionary
I hate to admit it but that 2 week T break I took was so fulfilling. I learned a lot about my habits and made some adjustments now so I can have a healthier relationship with the devils lettuce. Even if it's 5 days or 1 day, a T break can teach you a lot. Also what helped my break was knowing it wasn't forever, so there was something to look forward to at the end of it : ).
