    Fr always been keeping my head down before or being as charitable as possible but there's a limit. Gets exhausting trying to appear nonthreatening all the time so nothing gets out of hand

      fr, i've done this for so long, but what i've learnt is that racism doesn't stop. either from ppl seeing validation in their racism or the millions of strangers who will casually microaggress you.

      can't really blame some of them: quite a few white children and just white people are genuinely scared of POC, (sound nervous, hands shake, you might recognise this) so ig i don't feel hostility towards them
