They’ve done their bit, some hand waving towards working tirelessly for a ceasefire that isn’t a ceasefire at all endorsed by their pet ‘progressives’. Then it is time for people to speak about how horrible it is for the hostages and vaguely gesture that some kind of amorphous blob of life also inhabits the area and are dying. We have to assume that the blob is some kind of lower life form given how they’ve been portrayed at the DNC compared to the poor hostages.

I’m kind of surprised that they wouldn’t even let one of their loyalists Palestinians go up and talk about the suffering so they could nobly acknowledge it. Seems like something liberals would be all over.
