usually it's stuff they hear about from word of mouth or from the remate. when I can I try to find what they hear online but the more effective stuff I might have to go on the dark net but that scares me
vitamin and supplements I have got them some what cheap and helped out their friends get them too so that's nice. can't help but to think it might all be a placebo but idk when the alternative is surgery they can't afford or taking so many pain meds their liver hurts maybe it's fine
