They're nationalist imperialists. I think that is the term we need. Everything about them makes sense through the lens that they only care about their shitty empire. They'll sacrifice anything, any principles, any people, to preserve their empire. They're not, ideologically, Nazis, but they're American supremacists who aren't that far off.
A lot of American libs and even "socialists" are just Nazbols: treats and a high living standard for everyone within the nation's borders, death and colonialism for everyone outside of it.
