I don't like this being laughed at because the user was being sincere. Maybe it wasn't taken the way they wanted it to be, but it I do remember them saying it wasn't IBS specifically and something different. Probably came from a moment of personal frustration and wasn't made to be a big deal either (as it was completely dropped after the reaction)
