Former CIA officer Brian Jeffrey Raymond has been sentenced to 30 years in prison for drugging, photographing, and sexually assaulting over two dozen women. Raymond pleaded guilty to four federal charges. The CIA condemned his actions and introduced reforms. He was also ordered to pay $10,000 to each of his 28 victims.
I seriously doubt (like 105%) there's only one abuser within the CIA. I'd be more surprised to find out their training doesn't include the application of sexual violence.
Abu Ghraib comes to mind.
Edit: yeah now thinking more about the article none of these attacks were related to his job. So the CIA isn't mad he did this, they're mad he got caught attacking civilians.
