I've been sorta addicted to Hexbear and want to cut down but idk if I can find a decent alternative to the news updates I get here. What can I do?

If you're looking for written stuff, this is some of what's in my RSS feed:
        https://www.nakedcapitalism.com/ - Geopolitics and economics
        https://geopoliticaleconomy.com/ - Geopolitics
https://www.indianpunchline.com/ - Geopolitical blog written by a former Indian diplomat
        https://www.mintpressnews.com/ - US and geopolitics
        https://www.erininthemorning.com/ - US anti-trans legislation tracking
        https://electronicintifada.net/ - Palestine news

If you want videos that can easily just be listened to like a podcast:
https://www.youtube.com/democracynow - Quick headlines of world events every day and usually some interesting interviews. They can be hit or miss on foreign policy stuff sometimes.
https://www.youtube.com/@GeopoliticalEconomyReport - Multipolarista's Geopolitical Economy Report's channel. Ben Norton will usually go over the articles he writes in video form. They also host Geopolitical Economy Hour, which is a very interesting show with Radhika Desai and Michael Hudson and the occasional guest. The playlist is here: https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLDAi0NdlN8hMl9DkPLikDDGccibhYHnDP
https://www.youtube.com/@AlexMercouris - The good half of The Duran, mainly covers the ongoing conflicts in Ukraine and West Asia. As soon as he starts talking about social issues though, just tune him out. Thankfully it doesn't happen often. He talks very slowly though, I would suggest 1.5x speed at least.
https://www.youtube.com/@TheDuran - Geopolitics. Mainly a channel for the occasional interesting interview/discussion, but their main videos are just shorter/more focused analysis from Mercouris. His cohost isn't worth paying that much attention to in my opinion.
