It's been a fucking week on this godforsaken hellforum. Honestly, if you'd told me just three months ago, that all it'd take for a disturbing majority of regular Hexbear posters to put on their best Klan Grand Wizard cosplays and show their goddamned asses, was a white supremacist techtwink with a slipped disc and a socially-murdered mother revenge-killing a CEO?
I'd have scoffed at you and asked "where do you think we are, lemmy.world?" Some of these crackers'd be a better fit over there.
I keep thinking about the way one of them kept emphasizing, all through the struggle sesh, how they and 80 other people agreed with someone who genuinely thinks that Black folk should be perfectly fine standing shoulder-to-shoulder with Klansmen. I can't get it out of my head; I genuinely think a lot of these motherfuckers are 'one bad day' from paying dues to David Duke and burning crosses on front lawns at this point.
