    i bought a wobbly book at a goodwill and there was a 90 year old lady that legit knew wobblies and said 'now dont talk to me about that here they might fire me' and winked

    i sometimes wonder if she was just playing with me or something it feels like i hallucinated it

        like the wobblies were big in this rural area a long time ago so i dont particularly doubt it but still i feel like i hallucinated this shit

      Something very similar happened to me once while I worked at a paint store. A customer came in that I had developed a bit of a rapport with, and he noticed me reading The Fateful Triangle by Chomsky. He told me that I probably liked to read stuff like that now (about 10 years ago), but once I grew up I'd become more conservative. The joke was was on him though, I hated him before he even started talking to me.
