"Socially liberal" means they're allegedly pro weed, lgbt, and choice as long as it doesn't affect them personally. (ie they have to pay anything)

Well no... Unbanning something like weed or abortion is more than free its cost saving because you don't have to pay for enforcement. But that's about where most libertarian support ends. Once you get into mandating insurance covers abortion or medical marijuana they bail.

Most libertarians just don't understand all that and hit the magic free-market button and would say something like "deregulation of abortion practices would lower costs" and not really think what that would ential in practice. Others would, particularly those who ate from the friedman/rand dumpster would say those people dont deserve abortions. Those are for sure crypto fascists. But the others are just politically ignorant.

My point is, as much as we observe the left infighting, the right is far more divided than the left. You've got neocons, dominionists, nazis, libertarians, an-caps, anti-vaxxers, etc. Understanding what divides them is going to be essential for our survival. Libertarians are the easiest to pick off because their base instinct is of less government interferement is benign. We just need to redefine what is interferement vs a service.
