lil toot -- I started rollerblading last month and keep practicing in public, even through the embarrassent of starting and sucking at something new with an audience. Now I laugh when I fall :wholesome:
Small toot of my own horn today. Spent the last 30 minutes trying to talk myself out of working out, but right after I post this I'm going to start a pilates. :arm-R:
I always want to work out on my rest days and conversely I'm always so tired on my workout days!
This is the only way it really fits my schedule. I think its just that when I'm busy id rather be working out, and of course when I have free time I'd rather be doing something else. Ah well!
I was feeling absolutely sluggish today, and the weather was crap, but after much agonizing I eventually did the workout.
:vuvuzela:Today I exercised in the morning for the first time which felt pretty great.
After reading somebody else post the idea here a while back, I managed a 100k step walk last week. Went from before 5 am to before 11 pm. I stupidly wore shoes that didn't fit very well, so my feet weren't in a good state by the end.
