Burritos are a great way to get into beans. Black beans are probably the best, plus some rice, a whole bunch of diced veggies (peppers, cukes, tomatoes, fried onions, shavacadoo, whatever you want, cooked or not) and all your favourite sauces. Wrap it all up professional and toast it on all sides on low heat in a little bit of oil.
I really like a good chili though, because you can literally put every kind of bean in it plus all the veggies you want, and it's incredibly rich, nutritious, and filling. I need to buy a dehydrator because it makes prime back country tripping meals.
