Are there any problems with attempting to create/use something like this?

One problem I would expect is that there may be some divisiveness regarding specific factions believing in different strategies towards communism. Couldn’t different questions be approved by different factions, or couldn’t questions be designed so that an overwhelming majority agree on correct answers or the wording of questions?

EX: (Communist groups x, y, and z) wrote and agreed on the solution to this question as of (date): (Comunist groups x, y, and z believe that)( the rest of the question)
