      Can you add some context? is Texas distributing vaccines more effectively than other places? Many other states have rising cases this month despite vaccine distribution and stricter precautions. My understanding is that vaccine rollout is around 10% complete, which will make a dent, but it's going to be a couple more months before things really stabilize. It doesn't make sense to me that vaccines are the only component of this.

      Would you agree that it's appropriate to lift all covid restrictions at this time nationwide, since things seem to be going well in Texas?
