I find his takes and general understanding of domestic US issues to be very good and well researched. When it comes to anything outside the US borders they become pretty much utter dogshit.
The Satanic Panic episode had a bunch of really fucked up background about how child sexual abuse done by fathers was dealt with in America in the years leading up to the Panic
(Among other things, mothers were blamed for not satisfying the fathers' sexual needs enough)
He's been in the streets covering and confronting fascists for several years now: definitely not a lib. I understand why people don't care for all his stuff but at least identify what it is you don't like instead of using lib as a catch all.
He's just a lib. Episodes like this are his best, the Tiger King one is great too.
