I'm not sure he'll win, but i don't see it as any less likely because of this poll.
I think Biden won 2020 largely due to Covid. 1)because Covid was a crisis that dominated the end of the election cycle that would make any admin look bad, and 2) Covid allowed Biden to hide and not campaign, and kept Trump from doing the same.
On the otherside, Biden's only selling point was that he's not Trump, and despite what we here all know , he's still not Trump to libs. It's kind of a toss up at this point
I think approval ratings for presidents are going to stay low like this, because people are feeling the decline. Presidential approval is more of a barometer for how people feel like things generally are. We're not going to see Eisenhower numbers again, because no most people aren't ever going to feel that good about the country for obvious reasons.
