Experiences vary. The main attraction for me of psychedelics has been the funniness of it, and this is something that can be shared with a small group of others who are also on the same shit, if that counts as a party. Acid in large quantities is not great for this however, shrooms usually produce that effect better, and whatever it is there will be waves of funny and waves of silent and overwhelmed. But I've had 'fun' plenty of times during a trip.
