I don't drink, smoke, consume any other drugs and try to avoid coffee and black tea as much as possible. Trying to cut down on soda since that's my vice when it's in the house (though that's rare anyway).
It doesn't have any affect on me anyway. I think it might be an anxiety thing. I don't know. If it worked maybe I'd drink it more often.
I'm on this train except for tea, though I don't get any effect from the caffeine. I'll also smoke weed if offered sometimes but I never seek it out. Can make dating online really exhausting though when every profile revolves around smoking or drinking.
Same, I smoke very rarely but when I do there is like 30% chance I will be having panic attack. Tbh I don't know why I even smoke to begin with. Few times I smoked a joint with weed and tabacco with a friend and it was so much more manageable for me but then again I don't really want to start smoking cigarettes.
Although I've done acid (lol more like some 25i in reality most likely) like a dozen times and would gladly do shrooms/dmt/etc if given; I respect you nerds (endearingly) who avoid partaking because they know thineself. Have witnessed a couple bad trips from friends who swore they were in a good state of mind and whatnot & it isn't something I'd wish on anyone. :solidarity:

You shouldn't be relying on this. Use a test kit, they're like twenty bucks.
The contradictions in our society get super unavoidably apparent when contemplating stuff while high, which is why you probably see a decent amount of it in leftist spaces with younger people (I'd assume) especially.

Probably in a similar way that Philip K Dick wrote such weird books because he was constantly tripping, drugs might make someone see something in a new way. but I knew someone who would take loads of drugs that loved Thatcher so I don't think it's cause and effect, probably more people who already don't respect the law and established order are more likely to go against it and take drugs

Right, yeah I wasn't specifically saying turn them into leftists, just opening an amount of awareness to the inherent nonsense in society. Without ideology, it's just nothing, so it's not very important, but it can open some people up to leftism.

Experiences vary. The main attraction for me of psychedelics has been the funniness of it, and this is something that can be shared with a small group of others who are also on the same shit, if that counts as a party. Acid in large quantities is not great for this however, shrooms usually produce that effect better, and whatever it is there will be waves of funny and waves of silent and overwhelmed. But I've had 'fun' plenty of times during a trip.
I only ever drink really. Shrooms sounds interesting but am afraid it might do something to my brain. Side note I still want everything decriminalized though.
I don't do any drugs or even drink personally.
Won't stop anyone else, tho I would recommend against doing any hard shit.
