It’s interesting the people they chose. In the first photo there’s a black guy in a fairly standard casual/business outfit. But I think the thing they’re showing of is that they allow for natural hairstyles and facial hair.

Then then next photo is a white woman. But they’re showing her in pants (like men!) and that her shirt isn’t low-cut.

Next is a Sikh man and Muslim woman. Showing that they allow traditional head wear.

Finally is the photo I posted. Showing a woman in a skirt meaning they allow skirts but not too short and again a conservative top.

This brings me to the last example. What would you say they’re trying to say with the painted nails and earrings? I have my own suspicions.

    I'm not sure I understand the implication. It seems to me that they're saying men are allowed to wear earrings and painted nails if they want, which is cool, if about forty years late.
