When I start slipping into vampire hours, I know that everything else is going to spiral. Having a bed time and getting up at a set time in the morning is healthier for me, mentally and physically. Maybe I'm just old though.
Yes but sometimes that 3am Dark Lunch sandwich is the highlight of an entire week. Does anything taste that good except maybe a sandwich after swimming?
