I choose to interpret the helicopter as leaving, due to it facing the left, while the heart represents life. As the helicopter exits to the left, the bullets are what it's leaving behind. And bullets represent war and death.

So the US is stealing the lifeblood of the Afghan people, and leaving behind war and death. This probably wasn't the intention of the artist but hey, all art is subjective, right?
