It's not a one-off mistake, it seems systemic for some journals.
First I'd try tech support, listed at the bottom of the page with the site information:
技术支持邮箱：it (at) mail [dot] las [dot] ac [dot] cn
Otherwise you could try this email address:
违法与不良信息举报：scholarin (at) mail [dot] las [dot] ac [dot] cn
It's for 'unlawful or harmful (bad) information', also listed at the bottom. I imagine they would appreciate being notified of mislabeled entries.
So I should write an email to either "it@mail.las.ac.cn" or "scholarin@mail.las.ac.cn", correct?
Correct. The first is the email they have listed for technical support (it), the second (shcholarin) is for information legality and integrity.
I haven't encountered this kind of thing before, so I'm not sure which I would direct the email to, but I would gues the IT team first and then if it doesn't get a response then message the latter.
I removed the @ and .s from the email addresses as a force of habit, sorry, I was taught to to prevent spam bots from scraping active email addresses from forums and social media (though surely they're smart enough now to get around that...).
