    Correct. The first is the email they have listed for technical support (it), the second (shcholarin) is for information legality and integrity.

    I haven't encountered this kind of thing before, so I'm not sure which I would direct the email to, but I would gues the IT team first and then if it doesn't get a response then message the latter.

    I removed the @ and .s from the email addresses as a force of habit, sorry, I was taught to to prevent spam bots from scraping active email addresses from forums and social media (though surely they're smart enough now to get around that...).
