Just OJ Trial Redux. Media spectacles around murder trials are nothing new, and I wouldn't read anything into this beyond the historical moment.
I don't think anyone is seriously taking that view in light of the two police-murders that took place in the last week alone.
The two prevailing views I've seen are "Chauvin did nothing wrong" and "ACAB", with a handful of neoliberal shits trying to triangulate the abyss.
