I've had skyline chili the one time I flew into Cincy on my way to Louisville to get shitfaced in the infield at the Kentucky Derby. Wasn't all that great. Never had Graeter's.
I think the thing with Graeter's is that it's how ice cream actually tasted like 100 years ago. Which is interesting sure, but doesn't necessarily make for good ice cream.

An aside but Cincy style chili is absolute garbage, don't know why it has a reputation for being good. So is Graeter's (sp?) ice cream.
