I vote because it's easy (by mail) and I pretty much follow local DSA guides. I campaigned in the Bernie 2020 campaign and some other minor ones, but I'm essentially disillusioned with the electoral process. But voting for local candidates and ballot measures can have some meaningful impact on my life. Congress or president is bunk. I've never voted for a Democratic president and I never will.
