    :meow-fiesta: Day 15 of Pescetarian Meals :meow-fiesta:

    Today was an exciting day! I had a small 250 calorie breakfast of peanut butter and yogurt. Then for lunch I reduced calories by cooking a bunch of tofu and onions together in a little bit of sauce and oil. That was around 650 calories. The cool part of the day was baby's first vegan restaurant visit for dinner! I ended up getting a vegan buffalo "chickun" wrap with a side of fresh fruit. It. Was. AMAZING. Eye opening really: the "meat" was incredibly convincing. But more convincing as a chicken nugget/patty than white meat breast, which is totally fine with me since I've never been a fan of white meat. I think I might be able to at least partially satisfy any chicken wing cravings I get in the future. Very encouraging! This is a guesstimate based on online searches but I thiiiiink the wrap was around 500 calories since it was mostly veggies. The cup of mixed fruit was probably around 100. I resisted the urge to finish the meal with a vegan desert, which puts my current total for the day at 1500! That leaves 500 leftover calories for snacking tonight if I need it.
