He'd get so excited to see the new owl of the day, pretty clever user name too, Dirt_Owl, get it? A dirty owl, their words, not mine. You know what else is dirty folks? The way I was treated by the press when I was president. Very rude and very nasty! Worst treatment a sitting president ever got they said! But besides that and speaking of dirty, folks, Dirt_Owl's Shrek posts? What a disgrace! Barron or Jr. whoever it was was crying so hard seeing them. Y'know I never liked the sequels to Shrek, they struck gold with the first one then gave up the ghost with the sequels. Mr. Mike Myers! Man of a thousand voices, or so I've heard. What was I saying? Even here in Norway, car culture has turned everyone behind a wheel absolutely crazy. I have to cross a street with zero crosswalks on it to get to my school, and it just so happens to be the same road people take to the damn mall, so those wackos are absolutely speeding down that 200m lane without a singular thought spared for pedestrians. I consider myself lucky to not have been blindsided and turned into paste each time I cross.
Our government has refused to extend the railway past Narvik for 90 years now, its all cars all the time since the 1960's.
We recently did a UK and sold off our railways, cause everything's gotta be driven by the free market in this forsaken country.
And, we're doing this gulf-state level of stupid project, a car tunnel floating underwater in a fjord, gotta spend those petro dollars somehow!
What I'm trying to say is that Norway sucks at transport.

Today was an exciting day! I had a small 250 calorie breakfast of peanut butter and yogurt. Then for lunch I reduced calories by cooking a bunch of tofu and onions together in a little bit of sauce and oil. That was around 650 calories. The cool part of the day was baby's first vegan restaurant visit for dinner! I ended up getting a vegan buffalo "chickun" wrap with a side of fresh fruit. It. Was. AMAZING. Eye opening really: the "meat" was incredibly convincing. But more convincing as a chicken nugget/patty than white meat breast, which is totally fine with me since I've never been a fan of white meat. I think I might be able to at least partially satisfy any chicken wing cravings I get in the future. Very encouraging! This is a guesstimate based on online searches but I thiiiiink the wrap was around 500 calories since it was mostly veggies. The cup of mixed fruit was probably around 100. I resisted the urge to finish the meal with a vegan desert, which puts my current total for the day at 1500! That leaves 500 leftover calories for snacking tonight if I need it.
