I think you can do that without any plugins, just click the three dots on a video. But the better move is to disable watch/search history altogether and not let the algorithm dictate what you watch.
That doesn’t work well and that’s why that plug-in exists. Often times YouTube will start serving you those vids again after awhile if something triggers them in the algo again. Channel block is permanent. I’d disable everything but every once in awhile it actually serves me something decent
