They need to port the customizable ration feature to HOI4 so I can simulate the true Third Reich experience with legions of coked out hitlerites
In 1.5 there are supplies. So basic food stuff in different levels from basic and extra to luxurious. On top of that there are Supplements which give your army more boni. Should be easy to mod in cocaine and other fun performance enhancers.
