i have no doubt that i'm a rube, but i liked Terminator: Dark Fate. linda hamilton as the aged, cynical, flight from justice in 50 states domestic terrorist w/ zero fucks left robot killer was great. also, the whole thing where the hero is an undocumented immigrant fleeing violence and the evil robot hides among and leverages the resources of CBP to capture and container her was fucking perfect. even down to the robot explaining away the metal detector alarm by smugly claiming an afghanistan war injury and the fuckup being like, "thank you for your service!" so elegant.
I'm surprised they're not crying over Sarah Connor being a tough woman warrior because woman bad.
The is so hard it's a complete self-own, but I don't see how they don't understand The Terminator Sarah Connor was a normie in 1984
