I think the comrade is a little confused. Right after the corbyn loss, on the old sub, there was posted often screenshots of a caucus called Blue Labor that was essentially stupidpol. Left econ but social con. Booger brained. I think it seems like the Starmerites are being referred to as Blue Labor now too by people generally
Wasn't blue labour always a few words about left econ but what they really cared about was being socially conservative?
